Do you still believe that the humans are the happiest???

I, of course, know that life was created/ evolve billion years ago. But seriously why did it have to evolve into something like a human?

They could have stopped the evolution by a chimpanzee or simply to a deer in the forest. If so we would be simply eating leaves and living happily. But unfortunately what has happened is, we are not deer but humans. The species with the highest amount of brain activity which makes us think we are smart.

But seriously are we?????
Of course, we have an incomparable brain capacity with billions of neurons running throughout our body. But still, do all these neurons in our body make humans the most successful organisms in the world.
I don't define success upon the money you have or the position you hold in society. But simply being happy and contented with yourself is the real way to measure happiness according to psychology. So now honestly tell me who do you think the most successful in the world, Humans or else a dove flying carefreely on the sky???

Most of the animals in the world live a very simple life. Of course, there are predation, disasters and also some level of pain that has to be endured by the animals too. But still, they don't simply anticipate the future or anything. Even if they die the pain they undergo is temporary. But humans we the most advanced organisms in the world keep on worrying for even simple stuff, planning not only the next second but the entire life making it the most the complex type of living in the world.

My intention is not to tell you not to worry and live like a tadpole in pond cause somethings are inevitable and we have to go with the flow. But yet understand the evolution had made human life harder to live.
Let me tell you what I think about the reason.
A balloon bursts after it reaches the full volume...
Even extinction is a part of evolution.

Using citronella oil in Aromatherapy

Citronella commonly known as lemon grass is well popularized for its scent which is believed to have a soothing effect on the central nervous system making it less prone to fatigue and depression.

Also the scent has the ability to repel insects specially the mosquitoes which acts as vectors. It is also used as indoor plants for the insect repelling ability but still require a great amount of sunlight.

In the current market various products have been introduced to the consumers specially highlighting the insect repellant activity. This includes lotions, sprays, soaps and also oils. But still as these products already exist even with a high amount of competitors the success in the export market is limited.

One of the reasons is even though in Sri Lanka we are struggling with dengue disease western countries don’t have much effect on mosquitoes in most areas making it favorable for Sri Lanka but doubting the success in the world as a whole context.

So the suggestion is to produce writing pens with the highly refined and controlled scent from citronella. Even though as assumed it repels insects which make the writer to work without pest problem, the scented pens have much important benefit out writing the one said.

Mental health is one of the fast talking concepts in world where the number of sufferers from depression, anxiety or stress increases day by day due to the genetic as well the globalization effect. Even though psychotherapies and the antidepressants are present sources suggest that still the victims do not gain a considerable relief.

As citronella is scientifically proven for its ability for soothing effect if added properly controlled aroma to the pens it will provide an instant relieve for the stresses the people face in daily life and a temporary cure for patients. It was clearly understood while referring the sources that like Paracetamol and balm for physical pain there is no quick relieve for nervous system related issues. Which simply implies that it’s a very fresh market out there if properly done could achieve a great deal of economic benefit and more importantly uplift the standard of the living of people which exactly the reason for which the science is built of.

Following shows the scientific background on the usage of aroma in psychotherapy,

Psycho-aromatherapy

“In psycho-aromatherapy, certain states of moods and emotions can be obtained by these oils giving the pleasure of relaxation, invigoration or a pleasant memory. The inhalation of the oils in this therapy is direct though the infusion in the room of a patient. Psycho-aromatherapy and aromacology, both deal with the study and effects of aroma be it natural or synthetic. Psycho-aromatherapy has limited itself with study of natural essential oils”

In the process of production of the product the purity and the concentrations should be clearly administered as some of the molecules vaporizing might be harmful as well. In the market there is a novel product where vaping of essential oils are used for purpose other than what I suggest and which includes heated vapour inhaling as a substitute for nicotine.

But I have to stress that I am not referring for a that sort of product and natural evaporation is sufficient for the effect I expected rather than the vapourizing used. Below link shows the detailed information on that.

This production process requires very little technology and moderate expertise and could give out a product with considerable cheap raw materials but with a very high economic value. If properly done people might carry it everywhere just like having pain killers or small balms and even visually it symbolizes a casual pen so the consumers won’t feel uncomfortable using in public.

If natural product could give an answer to something a western medicine fails to show success it’s a scientific victory gain by the botanists as well as the nature itself.
